Anantnag: An employee of Jal Shakti department, who was missing since three days was found in Harnag area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday evening.
Some locals spotted the body of missing employee, identified as Farooq Ahmad Shah son of Ghulam Rasool Shah of Parigam Kulgam, lying at Harnag area of Anantnag and informed the concerned police station, an official said.
“Immediately, after receiving the information, a police team of Khanbal Police Post reached the spot and took the body to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities,” he added.
The official said that the deceased was an employee in Jal Shakti department and was missing since three days. The investigations are ongoing.
