To mark the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, Block Medical Officer Trehgam in Kupwara district on Sunday organised an awareness camp in the medical block.
The camp was held in collaboration with NGO’s HRDS Foundation, JK Youth Welfare Society Trehgam and JK Rahat Memorial Society, accordign to a hand out issued by the department.
On the occasion Chairman HRDS Foundation Peerzada Zameer Ahmad, Dr Pirzada Nasir, Chairman Rahat Memorial Society Mohd Afzal and Chairman Youth Welfare Society Trehgam Sheikh Bilal shared their views on the disease and urged health authorities to ensure its effective treatment.
