SHOPIAN: Residents of remote Dunaroo village in southern Shopian district on Thursday said that they were facing immense hardships due to poor mobile network, bad road connectivity and lack of basic facilities
Members of Gujjar and Bakerwal community members threatened to intensify protests if authorities’ did not address their genuine problems at the earliest.
“Even students are not able to attend online classes due to erratic mobile network. Health center lacks staff and medical facilities,” said a villager.
The locals appealed Lt. Guv. to take a serious note of their problems and direct concerned agencies to address them.
